Fried Lok-Lok are various delicacies cut in bite size pieces on bamboo skewers, that have been deep fried in oil.  These are served with a variety of gourmet dipping sauces.  Some of the food on offer at this food stall are chicken skin, mantis shrimp, oysters, prawns, squids, hotdogs, chicken wrapped in pandan leaves, tofu, shrimp balls, fish, octopuses, eggs, and century eggs.  There are also more familiar unskewered items such as French fries, chicken, mushrooms, and vegetables.  Although every vendor has his own “secret sauces” you might find satay sauce, spicy sauce, dried shrimp sauce, Thai sauce, sweet sauce, Kerabu sauce, laksa sauce, sambal udang, spring onion sauce, sweet sauce, chili sauce, and tom yam sauce, to name a few.
